Reference · status changes in the Logis Inbox, explained
A glossary of the status cards Logis writes into a record’s thread — from the driver app, from the record itself, from the office and from partner companies on the Logis Network. Each term has its colour, who writes it, a one-sentence meaning and what it asks. The terms match the app in all eight languages.

A status card’s colour means the same thing on the lists, in the driver app and in a thread. Red is never spent: a problem stays red after it is resolved, and only its frame goes. A decided card turns green. Violet is used for one thing only — something that crossed to or from another company.

Asks: Nothing yet.
Colour: GreyWritten by: Nothing yet#ai-suggestion
A card still waiting on someone wears a frame in its own colour; once it is answered the frame goes and a receipt stays. The thread’s filter narrows it to status changes, and a red card keeps its colour after it is resolved, so where a trip went wrong is always visible.
Short answers. Longer ones from support.
