Overview, Partners, Invites, Transfers, Sharing, Directory. Every handoff has a number both companies quote; what each side sees is decided per scope, once, in Sharing. Partners you invite pay nothing.
Also: Orders › Incoming and Carriages › Incoming, where work arrives before it is anything else.
02 · Logis AI
SoonA customer’s email, a CMR photo or a voice note becomes a drafted order, a stop report or an expense — every field pointing back to its source, every doubt marked. You approve. The audit log keeps it.

How the Inbox works
04 · Templates
Seller details, bank accounts, line variants, legal notes, a payment QR — arranged on an A4 page, previewed on a real invoice, assigned per client. Every invoice you issue reads from it.
05 · Document expiry
Vehicle and driver documents carry a valid-until date. As it comes near, a reminder goes out; the office renews it, or the driver adds the new one from the phone.
06 · Via
Route a cargo via a depot and it becomes legs: unloaded from one truck, counted in, loaded onto the next. The owner sees A to B. You see every leg, on any carrier.

07 · Sandbox
Train a new dispatcher, test a template, try the network with an invented partner. An orange band across every screen says so. Throw it away when you are done.

08 · QR cargo tags
Everyone scans the same tag and sees what they are allowed to: your office sees everything, the rest see only what their own account lets them. A stranger sees nothing.
09 · Finances
Invoices from actuals in the client’s language, bills reviewed and allocated across cargo, payments, a chart of accounts and reports — double-entry, on the same records the dispatcher planned on. Margin per route while the truck is still warm.
