Logis Network
A forwarder plans an order. A carrier drives it. A subcontractor drives one leg. The consignee signs. In Logis they are four companies on one record, not four PDFs of it — because each of them is in the other’s network.
Partners you invite pay nothing, for as long as you work together
Terra Grupė · shipper
Own workspace · Operator · creates the order
Nordfracht · forwarder
Own workspace · Operator · plans the carriage
Adria Cargo · carrier
Guest workspace · Partner · €0 · drives it
Berlin warehouse · consignee
No account · scans the cargo tag
Status entered by Adria’s driver reaches Nordfracht’s carriage and, one level up, Terra’s order as it happens. Nobody forwards an email.
01 · Three ways to be in Logis
Own workspace
OperatorYour orders, cargo, carriages, invoices and fleet. You invite the carriers and clients you work with; each gets a free guest workspace in your network. Sized by cargo a month, from €39.
Guest workspace
Partner · €0A Logis customer invited you. You receive their carriages and orders, assign your trucks and drivers, report status, photograph documents, chat and invoice them. Free for as long as they send you work, unlimited users. Only their work; nothing of your own to run.
Both
Operator + guest02 · Why partners are free
The host already pays for the software. The value of the network is that the record does not break when the load crosses to another company — so the person on the other side must be able to work it without a card, a plan or a sales call.
03 · What crosses the boundary

Route, dates, cargo
Always shared — a partner cannot drive without them.
The agreed price for their work
Readable by exactly the two of you. It changes only by a proposal the other side accepts.

04 · How a partner joins

1 · You invite
By email, with a link that works once. Nobody can find or connect to you unless you choose to be findable.

2 · You hold the key
Copy, resend or revoke. Until they accept, nothing has happened.

3 · They verify and accept
They see who asks and exactly what will be shared, before they say yes.

Network promise 1
Nothing you rely on to work with a partner moves behind a paywall.
Receiving, executing and invoicing a host’s work stays free.
Network promise 2
Money never crosses a company boundary.
Your client, your margin and your other partners are yours. Enforced in the database, not in a setting.
Network promise 3
Leave with your records.
A partner keeps its copy of what it lawfully received. Ending a connection deletes nothing that already happened.
The network is not a feature of Logis. Logis is a feature of the network. — the Logis team
Most carriers end up here. A company invited by two hosts has two separate guest workspaces, one per host. When you buy Operator, your guest workspaces can be merged into your own, history kept.
Live position from a partner’s driver, between your loading and unloading.
Your client and your price to them
Never. A partner sees you, one level up — never who is above you, and never your margin.
Their other customers
Never. You do not learn who else your carrier drives for.
4 · Connected
Mutual, scoped both ways, and either side can end it. Work in progress finishes first.
