Privacy policy

Logis is workspace software for transport companies. Your employer creates the workspace and decides what goes into it; they are the data controller for the records about you, and Logis processes that data on their instructions. This policy describes both the Logis web platform and the Logis Driver mobile app.

• Your identity at work — the name, mobile number, email and employer your office entered when they invited you. The mobile number is also how you sign in.
• The work you record — arrival times, stop reports, what you loaded or unloaded, cargo line changes, vehicle check-outs and returns, damage reports, and the messages you send to dispatch.
• Photos you attach — pictures you take or choose as proof of delivery or evidence of damage. The app reads only the images you pick; it does not browse your photo library.
