How the Logis platform and the Logis Driver app handle personal data: what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

Logis is operated by MB Omus nocode, company code 306656085, registered at Slaito str. 5, Ragoziu km., Jonavos raj., LT-55105, Lithuania. In this policy “Logis”, “we” and “us” mean that company. Questions about this policy or about your data go to
It covers personal data processed through:
A transport company that uses Logis — its “workspace” — decides what goes into it. It is the controller of the records it keeps there: its staff and drivers, its customers and partners, and the orders, trips, documents, invoices and messages it creates. We process those records on its behalf and only on its instructions, as its processor.
We are the controller for a narrower set of data: keeping accounts secure (sign-in codes and security notices), the feedback reports people send us, support correspondence, and visits to our public website.
If your employer uses Logis, they are the first place to ask about the records they keep about you. We will help them answer.
Workspaces record the business contacts of their customers, carriers and partners — names, roles, phone numbers and email addresses — and the people at a delivery address. Logis uses those details only to do what the workspace asks, for example to email an invoice to a buyer or to tell a consignee that a delivery time has changed.
Our hosting provider processes the technical data every web request carries — IP address, browser and the page asked for — to deliver the page and keep the service secure. The website sets only the cookies described below.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Under the GDPR every use of personal data needs a legal basis. Ours are:
Every permission is optional, and you can change your answer at any time in your phone’s settings.
Nobody else.
These companies process personal data on our behalf:
Our database and servers are in the EU, but several of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the provider’s certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
Because your employer is usually the controller of the records about you, the quickest route is to ask them. You can also write to info@omus.io: we will act on it, together with your employer where the records are theirs.
We answer within one month, and may first ask you to confirm who you are.
Logis accounts are created by a workspace, not in the apps. To have yours deleted, ask your workspace administrator to remove you, or email info@omus.io from the address or phone number on the account and name the company you work for. We will delete or anonymise the personal data that nobody is required to keep, within one month.
Records a workspace must keep by law, such as delivery documents and invoices, stay with that workspace for as long as the law requires.
A workspace owner can have the whole workspace closed by writing to info@omus.io; its data is then deleted within 90 days.
Signing out of the driver app, or removing it, deletes the copy on the phone.
Logis is workplace software and is not directed at children. Accounts are created only by an employer, for a working driver or office user.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and tell workspace administrators.
